I’m often visiting Elise Bauer´s too. Her recipe blog is scraped… every day….However, she doesn´t seem to mind about that. I’ve told her.
I like carrot salad very much. I cook carrots, frozen sugar-peas/snaps (or fresh) and leek in vegetable bouillon. Then I put the vegetables in a marinade made of garlic, white wine vinegar, olive oil, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper, and sprinkle the salad with parsley before serving.

I only happened to discover her blog a few week ago so I didn’t know her recipe blog is scraped everyday.
But I love the picture she took and the recipes found in her blog. Definately will visit her blog again. =)
