It is my first time attending a cake baking workshop, and I pulled my mum to enroll the workshop with me. I think it is one of those time to get together and learn something new together. In this workshop, we learnt how to bake 3 different types of cheese cakes ,New York Cheese Cake, Blueberry Cheese Cake and Strawberry Cheese Cake, and my favourite is NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE ! Our teacher is Chef Richard Aw whom is experience in baking and cooking western cuisine. The experience is quite good, beside the confusing steps given. The steps for cake are overlapping and that make us quite confusing and difficult to follow. Furthermore, the recipes given are incomplete.
The workshop is $25 per pax and additional $5 for material fee which is slightly expensive as workshop doesn’t allow us to hands on…
